Great shape over all. Very little wear and no tears or rips to the Naugahyde. Rear end of the left armrest has some (nothing major) wear please see pictures.
The chrome base is in nice shape and has very little rust. Could use a simple polish.
The hydraulic pump and reclining lever both work great.
